HOn3 D&RGW RGS Caboose Trucks 3'7" WB KIT 5000A.

D&RGW RGS Standard Narrow Gauge Caboose Truck from c1881 TO 1981(and present).  3 foot 7 inch wheel base, 3 foot gauge, bent/formed steel bar frame with cast iron journal boxes (Archbar), outside brake beams, 26 inch wheels and leaf sprung bolsters.
This is an injection molded styrene plastic kit for these trucks. Manufactured by the Model Railroad General Store, PT # 5000A. The kit is designed to use the plastic wheel/axle sets supplied or, purchaser supplies, (Grandt*) wheel/axle sets with blunt ends (not included), or pointed axle/wheel sets by North West Short Line* (NWSL),PSC*, or Kadee Products (not included) may be used with slight modification.
See photos for parts and completed truck. Gray painted models are for detail, kit parts are black styrene,prototype trucks were (are) generally oxide red. Sold as a pair with plastic wheels and axles. Easy assembly.

NOTE*: These manufactures have stopped production and have either closed up shop or been sold to others.  Check eBay for possible old stock items.
