Model Railroad General Store offers the following Returns Policy:
Missing or damaged parts will be replaced.  If you acquired an old E&B Valley kit and are missing parts, most of the time we will help you out.  There are some kits that were a manufactures kit bash, that had parts we did not get in our purchase, those we cannot help with.  We make and stock roofs for most of these old kits, please inquire.  

If you do not want to use Paypal or Stripe and we can run your credit card though our in house system, but you need to call us and give us the number.

Returns for Credit will be accepted less 20% restocking fee, no credit for shipping
